If you like the energy high, with plenty of visual and auditory stimulation, you’ll enjoy Grind: Dance Club Aerobics. The scene is a trendy dance club. Host Eric Neis does the workout alongside able and motivating instructor Akiba Tripp. They are followed by an assortment of hot bods–bare-chested males and bare-midriffed females, all young, buffed, sweaty, and enthusiastically loud, who take turns instructing moves. The hip-hop choreography is intense, but the instructors make it more accessible by showing each move at half-time, then bringing it up to tempo, then joining it onto the other moves until you have a long pattern. Then the pattern is repeated several times, with visual interest added by having the instructors in different formations: just the guys, just the women, one woman and a bunch of guys, and so on. You, of course, get to participate every time. The aerobic workout ends with a “funky freestyle,” where the instructors show off their own moves, one by one, while you do whatever you want and watch. Then you cool down and stretch, followed by floor exercises for the lower body. This 50-minute video is a lot of fun, especially if you’re young and coordinated, with energy to burn. –Joan Price

I want to become a dancer in gentlemans club, how do I begin?

September 20th, 2011

I’m 19 years old, is that too young? I’m slim with curves and I’ve got a pretty enough face. Problem is I look young, I’m small and petite, I’m not sure whether anywhere will want me. I live in Central London so I’m sure there’s plenty of high class exotic dancing clubs around, I just don’t know how to go about this at all. I have no experience whatsoever.

Family Friendly Club Visuals – Shadow Dancers

September 10th, 2010

Product Description
What are Shadow Dancers DVDs?
They are ambient club visuals that lights up screens at events, parties, bars, clubs, casinos and everywhere people gather for good times.

How do they work?
Easy, put the DVD in your player and select the main title. The DVD is encoded to Auto-Loop so after the hour plus of the title it will seamlessly start again providing all night entertainment.

What about the Music?
There is music on the discs, but with the magic of Shadow Dancers you mute the sound and let the dancers move to your own mix. You will be amazed how they sync up with your music mix.

Why Use Shadow Dancers?
When you throw an event, your TV screens can either enhance a party or take away from it. Turn off the screens and it looks like you would rather people leave. If you let them control the remote, they will be watching TV and it will kill your party. If you put on Shadow Dancers ambient visuals, they will light up your screens and will create a celebrative vibe that captivates any audience. It is much better than watching sports or the UFC one more time. Treat your guests to good time.

Which edition is right for me?
The Shadow Dancers series has editions for every kind of party. They were designed in conjunction with top DJs and Club owners who were looking for a certain vibe for their gatherings. Context is everything, so if you just want to enhance a dance floor, there are editions for that. If the vibe of the party is sexy, we have that too. For family events use the Family Friendly edition. But get them in advance so you have the editions you need.

Why get more than one DVD?
Throwing a great party is a skill, not an accident. As an event planner, I want my friends to say Wow! Great Party! Being prepared and having the tools on hand to make it happen is what it is all about, variety is key, and having editions for different events is important. In one room, a cool lounge vibe in another space a sexier or more up-tempo vibe for a dance party. Shadow Dancers Ambient Visuals are a must have!

How would you dance as a guy to be a good dancer at a club or bar?

June 22nd, 2010

Obviously you wouldn’t break dance or do anything that is choreographed. I see guys on the dance floor and I think 80% of them are not very good.

How does one go about finding a job as a dancer in a hip-hop club?

February 15th, 2010

I’m not talking about stripping or exotic dancing; I’m referring to actual dancers that are set up on boxes or bar countertops and do improvisational hip hop dancing to get the crowd motivated to dance. Does anyone know how to find these jobs, or better yet, how to go about getting hired for them? Any insight into the process of getting a job like that would be greatly appreciated.

How many women would be willing to become a dancer at an adult entertainment club. (Stripper/ Lap Dancer) ?

January 29th, 2010

How many women would be willing to become a dancer/ stripper/ Lap Dancer at an adult entertainment club? Im just curious. A good friend of mine is making $700 per week just dancing at a mens club. Her boyfriend told me she comes home to him every night and that to her its just a part time job. P.S. She has her bachelors degree and works full time as a LPN during the day. Its just extras cash to her and she’s only doing it for about 6 Months. So Im curious… How many other women would ever consider this?

Your Hair Should Be Rich!

March 16th, 2009

Make sure you get your hair done before going to work. Or at least get it started if you intend on doing it at the club. If you intend on doing it at the club, be sure you get there early enough to do it right and not half way.

Your hair should look great and smell good too. You do not want to look like just an ordinary girl. Your hair should look beautifully done!

If you don’t put any effort into your look, you are just another ordinary girl. You want to be much more than that! You want to be remembered, admired, and wanted!

To make more money, you must look the part. People tend to spend more on those that look rich.

Are You Keeping Yourself Safe At The Club?

January 22nd, 2009

Whether you work in a club now or are thinking about working in a club, your main concern should be your safety first.

How can you keep yourself as safe as possible while working at a strip club? Follow these main safety tips and you will be safer:

Pick a club that puts “YOUR” safety first. If the clubs in your areas do not promote safety of their staff first, you need to look further. Even if that means driving further for less money. A safe club is more important than putting your safety at risk. Nothing, including money, is worth risking your safety for! Choose a club that actually cares about their staff and has clear rules laid out to help keep you safe.

Business is not personal. Do not mix your personal life into your business. Never give out personal information about yourself to anyone. Do not divulge too much personal information in the dressing rooms either. Never tell customers personal information and never tell other girls personal information while around customers. The old saying “K.I.S.S.” (keep it simple stupid) holds true for you as well. Less is best! You are a business not an open diary. A few drinks and you might tell the whole club your life history. Be smart, not stupid! Less is always best!

Watch your back! Keep alert of your surroundings at all times. Without looking paranoid, you should always be aware of where hands are at all times. Do it in such a way that is elegant in your movements and your flirtatious eyes. Watch your drink as well. It only takes a second for someone to put something in your drink. If unsure, get a new drink. Use an excuse that you are thirsting to try another flavor.

Stay sober! Anything can happen to someone who is drunk. You are not invincible! If the club does not allow you to drink, then don’t! If the club allows you to drink, you don’t have to. Don’t do it! If you feel you must have a drink with a customer, ask the bar ahead of time to keep your drinks sober. If that’s not possible, sip your drink. Take the drink to the bathroom and dump most of it down the drain if you must. At all costs, stay sober!

Don’t be a fool! Stay off the drugs! What you do in your own time outside of work is your business. While you are working, you should be clean. Never take anything that will impair your judgment. You are NOT invincible! Never take any kind of drugs from customers. Use the club as an excuse. If cameras are on, use that as an excuse.

Stay within your comfort zone! Don’t do anything with a customer you don’t feel comfortable doing. No matter how desperate you are for money you should never sell yourself down to desperate enough to go far! Not only are you likely doing something illegal, you are also putting yourself into a lower bracket of NO class and less safe. You will not only regret it for that few extra dollars you may have made that night, but you will also find that you will start making less money later and expected to do more, more often. Let your conscious be your guide! Respect yourself and others will respect you more. Be classy! Class will make you more money in the long run!

Help keep the club legal! Report any customer who is offering anything illegal. Not only will you be responsible if you don’t, you might also lose your job. Not reporting customers puts other girls in danger and the clubs license in danger.

Promises will haunt you! Never promise a customer you will meet them outside the club for any reason. Even if they offer you money to take you out to dinner. Instead, flirt it up and tell them they are embarrassing you and then change the subject. This customer could tell management or could even be an under cover cop. If you keep yourself legal, you don’t have to worry. Money is not worth going to jail or risking your job…or worse, risking your safety over! Even if the customer is not a cop, they will hound you to pay up on that promise. Don’t take money for meeting outside the club and don’t make promises either!

Keep your head on straight! No matter what a customer promises you. The mansion on the hill next to the beach. Never having to work another day in your life. Jewels and cars. Keep your head on straight! People will try to lure you into anything for many reasons. Don’t be a fool! This is just a job! You are the actress and they are the audience! No matter what they say, keep your head on straight and don’t fall into traps! If something is too good to be true, it probably IS!

Keep your important belongings at home! Don’t bring expensive or personal items into the club. You wouldn’t want someone to get a hold of your cell phone and start calling your family and friends, would you? You wouldn’t want your grandmother’s ring stolen, would you? Keep your stuff safe and out of the club!
